HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
All of our reclaimed wood products can be ordered through our website. If you prefer to place an order over the phone, please call us at 952-406-0749. You are welcome to visit us at our Mound location if you would like to hand pick your material.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 3037 Drury Lane, Mound, MN 55364. We carry a variety of reclaimed lumber at our shop/showroom and store additional material off site.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE QUANTITY?
There is no minimum order, however, each board is individually priced and you must purchase the entire board. Depending on your needs, we may cut a board to your specifications, however, you still pay the list price for the board.
HOW IS THE WOOD PRICED?
Most material is price by the board ft unless otherwise specified.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Our hours are Wednesday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM . If you would like to stop by outside of our regular hours, please contact us in advance so that we can provide you with a personalized shopping experience. We want to be available to answer questions. You can shop anytime 24/7 through our website.
DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver throughout the metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul. If you need your wood sooner, you are welcome to schedule an appointment to pickup your order at our location in Mound, MN.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER BEFORE PICK UP OR DELIVERY?
Our storage space is extremely limited and therefore we can only hold your order for two weeks prior to pick up or delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Materials furnished by Seller to Buyer are non-returnable/non-refundable and are sold as-is with no warranty of any kind.
