Old Grain LLC designed and built a modular solution to use a piece of artwork as a secret door. It had to function for everyday use and have no alteration to the bronze sculpture it supported.A door and cabinet was designed using a deepthrow hinge to allow the heavy sculpture to swing in a radius that cleared the cabinet and surrounding existing structure.
